Online Estate Auctions, Done Right
When it’s time to move a loved-one into a retirement home, clearing the family home can feel overwhelming. We can handle everything — from cataloging every item, to running the online auction, to coordinating pickup and delivery.
When a home is filled with decades of belongings, the weight is more than physical.
Decades of accumulated belongings can turn a home into a source of stress. For elderly family members especially, clutter affects safety, mobility, and emotional well-being.
An estate auction does more than sell items. It transforms a living space — and the person living in it. The relief is visible, almost immediately.
We handle the entire process with care and respect, so your family can experience that transformation without feeling overwhelmed.
From cataloging and creating lots, to final distribution of the items, we make estate liquidation straightforward and respectful.
Our vetted field teams visit the home, group items into lots, and photograph everything. Our AI assistant, Harold, identifies each item, researches its history, adds informative background and additional pictures, and writes compelling listing descriptions.
Our auction engine runs the sale online. Verified bidders compete in timed auctions with full access to photos, research links, and Harold's detailed descriptions.
Winners pay for all the lots they won by credit card on our site. We handle tax collection and receipt generation.
Winning bidders book verified pickup timeslots to come to your home. Our team scans QR codes at the door and escorts each buyer to their lots.
Our team handles packing and shipping items to remote winners after they have selected shipping options and paid that additional cost.
Full-Service and Self-Service auctions runs on the same powerful Auction Engine. The difference is how much of the work you'd like us to handle.
We do the heavy lifting. Our vetted Client Representatives handle everything on-site, so you don't have to.
You handle the on-site work and save on fees. Harold and our support team still have your back every step of the way.

Pricing is negotiable based on the specific services coordinated.
We built this platform to handle what matters most when auctioning items from a family home, especially when those items are treasured by the family: Respect for the home and the items being sold, Safety for home occupants, and providing Emotional Distance for family members to ensure the process is not too distressing or overwhelming. And of course getting maximum value for the items, and getting them out of the house in a fixed amount of time.
Harold reads maker's marks, identifies jewelry hallmarks, researches model numbers, and even identifies artists from their signatures. Every listing is rich, accurate, and compelling.
Payments are by credit card on our checkout page. Local winners must upload photo ID before booking a pickup timeslot. Timeslots are organized to avoid a mob arriving at home at the same time. Remote winners provide shipping instructions and select from shipping options to get instant pricing that includes the total cost of all items, plus shipping and handling fees. Our team does the packing and shipping.
Only on the morning of pickup do local winners get an email with the exact address of the home, and a QR code. They are identified at the door of the home by scanning the QR code. This identifies all lots they are to pickup. Local winners are always escorted on the premises. No unescorted access, ever.
Harold is the heart of every listing. He's part researcher, part copywriter, and occasionally part comedian.
Harold looks at a photograph of a maker's mark and knows exactly which factory produced it — and what that factory was famous for. He reads jewelry hallmarks, decodes electronics model plates, and researches original retail prices, specs, and reviews.
He writes every listing in a compelling, upbeat style that gets bidders excited. He even has a sense of humor — bidders stick around to catch the wordplay, and the longer they browse, the more they bid.
Every listing clearly marks which photos are original and which are from manufacturer sources, with links so bidders can dig deeper. And before anything goes live, Harold runs a quality check to make sure nothing is missing.
